Thank you so much for an unforgettable 3 week placement with Mundo Verde. I loved every aspect of it and would recommend it for those looking for both a learning and cultural experience in a beautiful city. Becoming immersed in the Peruvian culture through Spanish lessons, salsa classes and tours with local guides added so much more to the medical placement experience, providing opportunity beyond what could be experienced at home, or in another country.
Coming to a foreign country is a daunting experience, and although everything worked out perfectly, we had periods of uncertainty with regards to the placement itself and what we needed/ were doing for the additional activities. To continue the success of your programs some additional communication in lead up to, and throughout the three weeks would be worthwhile. Despite this, everything that yourself, Javier and patty did for us is much appreciated.
